Jenn Craigmyle RN, MSN, founder and senior Certified Nurse Life Care Planner for Craigmyle Legal Nurse Services, LLC is a master prepared registered nurse who specialized in Medical Intensive Care and Neurological/Stroke Telemetry. The legal aspect of healthcare piqued her interest in 2011. She obtained her certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant and Life Care Planner just before launching her consulting firm in 2012.
Jenn has been revered as an invaluable ally in the courtroom. She thrives on providing law firms with comprehensive reports and plans that are not only holistic but are also accurate guides, which offer concise insight into cases.
She has successfully expanded the services and capacity of Craigmyle Legal Nurse Services, LLC in just seven years. Jenn has contributed to the evolution of healthcare by leaving her mark in the nursing industry as a clinical educator of Nursing at Chaffey College and former instructor at the University of California Riverside for the Medical Field Case Management and Life Care Planning program.
Jenn and her husband Keith are proud parents their daughter Harper and share a love for horses and competitive horse riding sports.

After a career in healthcare spanning over 20 years, Kelly realized the value she could provide at the intersection of the medical and legal industries—she decided to create CARDINAL LifeCare Consulting. Her experience working at a national clinical level as a nurse and perfusionist has made her an expert on policy procedures, orientations, standards of care and more.
During her years as a clinical specialist, Kelly participated in the first robotic heart surgery in the nation, including the development of an international clinical outcomes study as well as the implementation of a training course for Remote Access Perfusion (RAP) Cannula.
As a sales manager and educator, Kelly has worked with executives, physicians, managers, surgeons, specialists, nurses and more to convert them to new, innovative techniques. She applies these same skills daily as a life care planner to ensure she presents juries with facts in the clearest, most effective way.

Barbara Greenfield has been in the medical field since 1977. She began her medical career as a nurse’s aid. She has worked as Ward Clerk, an LVN, and an RN. Barbara obtained an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 1981, and her Bachelors of Nursing in 2005. Barbara was a critical care nurse in a post-surgical intensive care unit and cardiac rehab nurse for many years. Barbara began her Case Management career in the Workers’ Compensation arena. She worked for an insurance carrier from 1997 to 2007. During that time she became a Supervisor and Clinical Specialist. Barbara has been a Certified Case Manager (CCM) since 1999. Barbara Established BG Nurse Consultants in 2008 and has been a certified Nurse Life Care Planner (CNLCP ®) since 2010. Barbara has been a member of AANLCP ® since 2008.
Barbara provides case management services to clients of Special Needs Trusts, Workers’ Compensation Carriers, Attorneys, and private clients. She provides Life Care Plans for the Plaintiff and Defense. She specializes in Life Care Plans for victims of neurotrauma including children with acquired brain injury, adults with traumatic and hypoxic brain injury, adolescents and adults with spinal cord injury as well as multiple trauma and resultant chronic pain.
Barbara resides in Woodland Hills, California with her husband of 38 years. Her son and his family reside in Oregon. Barbara has lived her entire life in California and enjoys traveling.
Amy Mackenzie is a Certified Life Care Planner with special expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases. Before becoming a life care planner, Dr. Mackenzie worked as a critical care nurse, and then became the Director of Nursing Services at Pinehurst Alzheimer Special Care Center. She was later the Director of Patient Services at the Azalea Sleep Center. Amy was an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Texas at Tyler for several years. Amy has years of experience writing life care plans for both plaintiff and defense clients. She is a facilitator for the East Texas Brain Injury Support Group, and a member of the Texas Nurses Association, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, and Sigma Theta Tau, the Honor Society of Nursing.
