The AANLCP 2024 Conference is the flagship event for AANLCP members, life care planners, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and related professionals.

Terms & Conditions

Special Requirements

If you foresee any special requirements while attending the AANLCP 2024 Conference (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact our Conference Manager, Monique Gallery, at monique@moniquegalleryevents.com or 619-226-9458 at least one month in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Transfers, Cancellations, and Refunds

You may transfer your conference registration to another person by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, email the event manager by March 4, 2024 (30-day notice). You will receive a refund for your chosen ticket, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the deadline and “no-shows” will pay the full registration fee.

If the AANLCP cancels the AALNCP 2024 Conference, registrants will receive an event credit/refund for their registration fees. The attendee’s responsibility is to cancel travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel. COVID cancellations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis by the AANLCP Executive Board.

Speakers and Sessions

The speakers listed on this website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

Photo / Video Release & Policies

AANLCP, its contractors, and attending media may photograph, videotape, audiotape, or webcast sessions and events at the Conference. By attending the AANLCP 2024 Conference, attendees acknowledge these activities. They agree to allow their image to be used by AANLCP in marketing and promotional materials, on an AANLCP website, or in a recording. Attendees at the Conference waive all claims against AANLCP for any liability resulting from these uses.

Onsite Registration

Your badge is your admission ticket to the AANLCP 2024 Conference. Badges may be picked up at registration beginning Thursday, April 4, between 4 – 8 pm and throughout the conference.  


Business casual attire is acceptable and recommended. The temperature in the session rooms may vary, so bring a sweater or light jacket. We recommend wearing layers.

Use a carry-on bag for more accessible travel if possible.

Wireless Access

Conference attendees will have access to the AANLCP wireless network during conference hours. The network name and password will be listed in the event program and posted in the session rooms.

Conference Meals

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages will be available each day. Dinner will be on your own. We will provide several events and special gatherings for new LCPs or those looking to meet new professionals during the evenings. 

Bag Check 

We recommend you leave personal belongings at your room during the conference. A bag check for luggage will be available in the lobby on Sunday, April 6.
